A large travelling Powder magazine by John Manton & Sons of London. A very rare item. In a letter to the previous owner dated 1986 Keith Neil said “John Manton made these in a variety of sizes to order to satisfy his customers whims – your example is a particularly ambitious one & though I have several – none quite like yours”.
